Jill is a: Dancer, Choreographer, Director, Teacher, Adjudicator and Performer originally from Vancouver, B.C. who now calls Calgary, Alberta her home.
Jill’s thirty-three years of Dance study and twenty years of professional work has afforded her the opportunity to develop skills through a variety of; companies, collectives, collaborations, productions, workshops and programs. Jill has performed extensively with both Classical Ballet companies and Independent Contemporary Choreographer’s. Her work has taken her throughout South-East Asia( Robert Guilliam Dance Company) The United States (“Evergreen City Ballet”(Washington), “Dessert Dance Company” (California) Europe, Cuba (Nacional Ballet Du Cuba, Guest Artist) Australia, Chrissie Perrot Dance Theatre- to name a few.
In 2009 jill founded of her Contemporary Dance Company named; mixOLOGYdanceMine inc.
Our mandate is to: create, exchange, collaborate and perform new Dance works inclusive of; solo, ensemble, multi-disciplinary and collaborative ventures.
